This knowledge came in handy when what was supposed to be a simple receipt printer swap turned into a fiasco preventing the Town and Country Animal Care Center from being able to check in arriving patients, accepts payments or print receipts and paperwork.

Chuck Boyd, the owner, described the situation saying, “We had a printer problem and needed to replace it but when the new printer arrived it was not compatible with our current setup. The technician came on-site quickly to solve the problem. The solution ultimately took communicating with TWO different software companies. The tech figured out what needed to be done and communicated with me and the staff the whole time helping to minimize downtime and frustration.”

Chuck went on to say, “I’m so glad I have a [Managed Services] Contract with Mobile Computer Services. It has freed me up to do other things without the worry of having to be available to handle computer issues. I have not kept up with current technology and don’t have the stress of solving problems beyond my capabilities. I make a phone call or send an email and the issue is handled.”
